At The Oxford Shirt Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
