How should I care for my 100% cotton Oxford shirts?
To maintain the integrity of the cotton fibers, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying; instead, hang the shirt while damp and iron on a medium heat setting for a crisp finish.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all orders. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a monogramming service?
Yes, we offer custom monogramming on the cuff or chest for a selection of our signature shirts. This service adds 3-5 business days to the delivery time and makes the item non-returnable.
